With years of experience serving seniors throughout Pittsford and Rochester, our staff works together to support each resident’s unique needs while fostering meaningful connections and a strong sense of community. We are committed to helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life every day.
Executive Director
Carrie Bardo
Carrie Bardo has been in the Senior Care field for over 15 years. She began her career at Orchard Heights, a sister property in Buffalo, as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Over the years she received several promotions within the organization including Director of Nursing and Compliance Officer. She relocated to Rochester and was promoted to the Executive Director role of Heather Heights in 2014.
Carrie completed her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in healthcare management.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family traveling and cruising to different places they have never been to, along with cheering on her Buffalo Bills in the fall.
Assistant Executive Director/ Business Office Manager
Tiffany Arnold
Tiffany has been with Heather Heights for over 20 years. Born and raised in the Rochester area, she is a mother to her daughter, Brooklyn, and a fur mom to her dog, Indy! Outside of the community, Tiffany enjoys camping and skiing.
Director of Nursing
Michelle Kennison
Michelle has over 25 years of expertise in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. Dedicated to providing exceptional care, she combines her extensive clinical knowledge with a compassionate approach to senior living. Outside of her profession, Michelle enjoys staying active with Pilates and paddle boarding while supporting her daughter’s travel cheerleading. She also cherishes time with her family, including her three children, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
Recreation Director
John Jakubonis
John brings over 12 years of experience in recreation, specializing in working with elders and individuals with special needs. A SUNY Brockport graduate, he discovered his passion for helping others pursue meaningful leisure activities early in his career. Outside of work, John enjoys making memories with his wife and three children, whether planning vacations or cheering on his kids in their favorite activities. A devoted sports fan, he can often be found rooting for the Rochester Americans, Buffalo Sabres, Buffalo Bills, and San Francisco 49ers with family and friends.
Case Manager
Diana Christy
Diana holds a master’s degree in social work and is dedicated to supporting older adults and their families within the assisted living community. She is passionate about resident advocacy and strives to ensure each individual feels heard, respected, and supported throughout every stage of their journey. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, skiing, and is also an avid hunter.
Culinary Director
Andy Armstrong
Andy has been with Heather Heights for over 10 years as the Culinary Director. He is an avid runner, cyclist and triathlon competitor. Outside of the community, he loves spending time with his wife, 3 kids and dogs.
Maintenance Director
Erik Totten
Erik has been a part of the Heather Heights team for 4 years, starting in the culinary department then maintenance. Erik enjoys watching and playing sports, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Director of Housekeeping and Laundry
Mike Lee
Mike has had a long career in hospitality and has had world class training at Walt Disney world where he worked as a cast member. Mike is a husband and father and enjoys cooking gourmet food with family at home.
In his personal time he is off on adventures with his daughter at the playground or at the theater with his wife.
